From vault I see they have small class sizes. I have an offer in Boston, but due to personal life changes I had some applications I mass mailed before I got any offers in Chicago. Worst case scenario is I take the big law offer I had in Boston, but was wondering if anyone had any advice for my callback with Banner.
Also, is Banner @ 180 or 160?

It's probably too late for your reply. FWIW, Banner recently bumped their starting salary to 190.
