If I was dinged from a firm during OCI screener is it worthwhile to re-apply with them? Or should I just take the no and scratch them off the list?

It takes more time to ask the question than it does to just apply

Apply apply apply

There's probably a 99% chance that they're going to realize you've already had a screener and will ding you again. Then again, you've got nothing to lose by spending ~3 minutes putting together an application and applying.

Sent out about 150 applications on Sept 19. Started to get ding emails (“our class is full”, “we have a lot of qualified candidates”, etc.) already. If a firm is going to offer a screener, typically how long after the application is received is it until they reach out?

Have you received any screeners? If so how long did it take for them to reach out?

Your career services office will likely have compiled a list of mid/small firms in your geographic area.

You should glance over Indeed and Craigslist if you have a few minutes to spare.

Depends on the market. For reasons I cannot explain, Los Anngeles firms don't hire during summer. But they hire like everyone died during fall. This is anecdotal.

I haven't received any screeners so far, unfortunately.

A friend of mine (T20 law school, law review, top 10%) received an offer from a V50 firm for their Chicago office yesterday
