I'm surprised the hiring isn't finished for these firms. Any ideas why it takes them so long?

I was told that the (relatively) small class sizes make it hard to give out offers on a rolling basis. The past few weeks it's been a one in, one out method.

Mid-August CB. Got a corporate offer several days later. I ultimately didn't accept, but really liked them. I'm at HLS.
