Initials for Hughes ding?

Also, does anyone have an interpretation for what silence while others get callbacks means? Like are you possibly on a waitlist or is there no way to tell?

I think some interviewers are faster than others, and that the best indicator of a waitlist is silence when others get dings.

Is anyone else surprised at how many firms they have heard nothing back from? Not only have I heard nothing from these firms but no-one has mentioned them on this forum either (at least with same interviewers that is)

Interviewers should be updated on Symplicity if you want to check. Was this for New York?

Yes- most of the firms I interviewed with I haven't heard anything from or heard anything about. I'm choosing to believe that they loved all of us so much they just can't decide.

Not sure what to make of it. But honestly its possible that lots of ppl just aren't posting on this forum, and that the same 15-20 ppl are making most of the posts. I know I've posted a dozen times or so, including CB and dings.

All that is to say don't give up hope, but if you haven't heard for around a week after the screener, its most likely not going to happen. You might consider contacting the recruiting dept. after a week or so to inquire about the timeline and express continued interest.

Also, some firms (S&C, for one) send paper dings.

Could we maybe start a list of firms to expect paper dings from?
