Emory OCI 2017
I didn't see a thread for Emory's interview programs for this year yet, so figured I'd get the ball rolling! Now that most of the screener interviews have concluded, feel free to post what firms have started handing out the Cbs, dings, etc.

Re: Emory OCI 2017
From Emory's NY program I've gotten callbacks from Weil and Allen & Overy. Dings from STB, Proskauer, & Cadwalader. No word yet from any of the other firms I interviewed with in NYC!

Anyone else hear anything one way or another? I did a bunch of the screeners last week, but I haven't heard a peep from anyone since. Not sure whether the total silence is ok (they can't all be silent rejections, right?) or very bad (or can they...).
Anyone have more foresight than me and actually ask what firms' feedback timeline would be?

UGA just started their OCIs today, so if you targeted ATL firms, perhaps they're waiting until they've completed fairly local OCIs?Anonymous User wrote:Anyone else hear anything one way or another? Re: Emory OCI 2017
I also haven't heard from any either way. My (completely baseless) theory is that some of the smaller SA size firms are waiting til UGA OCI is finished this week to start making decisions. One firm gave a very general "in a week or so" timeline to a friend who was smart enough to ask, so my fingers are crossed for end of this week or beginning of next.Anonymous User wrote:Anyone else hear anything one way or another? For NYC K&E has already done CBs. No offers that I'm aware of. Complete silence from ATL so far.

UGA and GSU have OCI this week, which may speak to ATL silence.Anonymous User wrote:For NYC K&E has already done CBs. No offers that I'm aware of. Complete silence from ATL so far.

Has anyone actually gotten any offers yet after doing any callbacks--or at least been given any semi-reliable info re: timing generally? Especially NYC folks.

Have received only 1 cb from Atlanta firms so far, mostly just radio silence, and a couple dings (eversheds, a&b) from Atlanta screeners.

Finished up four CBs last week. 2 in NY and 2 in ATL. Dinged from one of the NY firms, but radio silence from all the other firms.
