Question re Representative matters addendum to resume

Post by Anonymous User » Sun Jul 23, 2017 4:05 am

Putting together a representative matters addendum to a resume. Litigation. Should I include case names or just give the general descriptions of the cases & results? Does it change if it's trial or appellate matters since many appellate briefs and all unpublished opinions find their way onto westlaw/lexis anyway? Or federal v state (again since federal stuff seems to make their way onto westlaw/lexis while state seems pretty obscure and hard to find)? Don't wanna run into client confidentiality issues, and don't wanna ask my current firm because they'll know I'm looking to lateral. :)
