OP here. Not sure what to elaborate on...they offered me an SA position after an interview.

GDC NY Offer. Top 5% mid-T14.

What school? Did you have any connections at GDC?

I said mid T14, and no connections whatsoever.

Might as well, no one will ever scoff at you sending one but some interviewers might wonder why you didn't send a thank you. By the time you send a thank you they've most likely already evaluated you, but can't hurt from a networking standpoint.

I doubt anyone on this board is one of the partners, so no one here will have a good answer for you. Even if we could tell you, should it really change the way you approach it?

Are you sure it's not lunch AND interviews with four partners? Because that sounds like a pretty normal callback. It's also possible that they're consolidating everything into one lunch but that would be slightly unusual.

Wouldn't read into it that much. Have friends who interviewed before you and were informed by recruiting that they may well wait until after OCI.
