Most of my NYC callbacks came within the 2 days after interview. If you don't get a NYC callback the evening of, or even the next day, don't panic.

I got 3 callbacks from the first day of EIW.

Edit: For those that asked: 1 was NYC, 1 was DC, and 1 was STL. No updates since.
