Who did you hear that from? Do you know roughly how many get sent to hiring committee or whether that means they might reach out to some people for references soon?Anonymous User wrote:Any movement on DOL HQ or regional? Was told that recommendations would be sent to hiring committee soon.

At the end of my interview with DOL regional office and hq office. They said they would be sending their recommendations. They didn’t say how many or anything about references. I never sent in references. Did you?

Would you mind PMing me? I don't expect you to divulge, I just have a couple questions.Anonymous User wrote:Received an offer last week. Can't specify more, but is with an agency that has been discussed a few times in this thread.

Same. Or would you mind confirming whether the first letter of the agency acronym starts with a vowel or consonant –no pressure of course.

I have a tentative offer from an IRS field office because I interned with them last summer, so I didn't have to reapply. I am still waiting to hear from the OCC after my October 13 interview. Let me know if anyone hears from the OCC. This wait is brutal.

Definitely brutal seeing how 1st round offers for the OCC were typically already made by this point in the past. I have a pending offer as well (separate from these programs) and need to respond rather soon. Hoping for news this week...Anonymous User wrote:I have a tentative offer from an IRS field office because I interned with them last summer, so I didn't have to reapply. On that note, do we have any idea of interview to offer rate?

Past forums indicate 40-50 callbacks for 5-7 offers.Anonymous User wrote:Also waiting on OCC. I think the OCC is slow this year because this is the first year of this type of program for them I interned with the OCC before as well, and they've never done this program before. So, I get why it is taking forever but SHEESH!!

Don't love that. 2:1 would be far more preferable.Anonymous User wrote:Past forums indicate 40-50 callbacks for 5-7 offers.

This wait is killer with so much silence! Especially with so many different programs. Thanks everyone for keeping us updated!

Not to force you down a rabbit hole, but kinda...do you have any news on DOL? Or know if anyone has heard movement from them? I know an above poster asked not too long ago.Anonymous User wrote:OP Again - Since there seems to be a lot of anxiety in this thread, I will say that it's not OCC!Anonymous User wrote:Sorry everyone I really can't specify more.Anonymous User wrote:Received an offer last week. Unless they get dinged (Rejected), I have a hard time anyone will be hearing from the DOL for a couple of months (Unless you did not provide references in the interview and they want them). Please see above notes for reference.Anonymous User wrote:Not to force you down a rabbit hole, but kinda...do you have any news on DOL? Or know if anyone has heard movement from them? Re: Honors Programs 2017-2018 (Non-DOJ)
Given the inevitable announcement regarding the leave of Cordray today, for those who applied to the CFPB Honors Program – any thoughts regarding the direction of the agency or how this may impact your decision to accept an offer, assuming that one is extended?
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
Now there's a charge.
