They told me that they'd get back to everyone in January, but with the shut down, I'm expecting that to be a little bit longer. Hope this was helpful.

Sorry, just to clarify, did you rank your preferences and THEN were reached out to for a regional interview?
Sorry.. yes, I ranked all of the offices, then the specific office reached out to set up a regional interview. My timeline (roughly) was this: October OCI; around thanksgiving ranked preferences; mid-December receive call from regional office asking me to come in the following week for an interview. Now I'm waiting. If it helps, I didn't rank HQ first.

I had an in-person interview with the FCC last week. They expect to complete all interviews by the end of this week.

Wondering the same thing. USACE qualified in December, but haven't heard from any district offices. I was told hiring is completely up to those offices who are encouraged to hire Honors attorneys for openings at the GS12 level. There is no deadline so hires can be made up until the next year's program. I was hoping to hear something by January or February. Otherwise I will have to look at other options after my clerkship.

Anyone hear from USACE offices yet and, if so, do you mind sharing which general area?

Interviewed with an office about 3 weeks ago and heard back last week that they went with someone else.

For USACE people, were you notified about making the qualified list? I interviewed in mid-January but have not heard anything yet.

Interviewed in mid-Jan as well, have not received an official email, but I did receive a call last week about updating my preferences (I originally left off the area where I was currently attending law school and they called to see if I was sure). I assume they would not have bothered if I wasn't qualified, but they haven't sent out anything formal yet either.

A friend of mine received an interview invite from DC and a request for additional materials from the SF office.

A friend of mine was offered the procurement and legal strategy positions in DC USPS, and is deciding which he prefers.

Just got a ding from the CFPB (pretty sure this is the first email I've received since I applied in August). The email states they aren't making any offers this year.

Good afternoon,

Thank you for your interest in the CFPB’s Honors Attorney Program. Unfortunately we will not be extending offers for the program this year.

Any word from the FCC? Had an interview with them a couple of weeks ago and they hinted that they were moving quickly but radio silence since then.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
