Interview

Post by Anonymous User » Mon May 22, 2017 4:04 pm

Interviewing at Westlaw/LexisNexis as a 1L (not for rep). I really don't have an idea about these companies. What should I know, what kind of questions should I ask? Apart from putting up case law for students, what else do they do? What do they do for law firms? Any help would be very appreciated!

You realize that attorneys research case law, right? These companies annotate and curate a ton of research materials.

From what I've heard, basically consists of living in a factory in Minnesota and annotate cases

I think pay is decent, COL is cheap, QOL is decent. Probably a small step above doc review
