Dammit I suck at anonymous. Mostly awesome. I figure out who did the badbad and gets fired after looking at their emails. Often it is not my clients.

In white collar/FCPA, do you see yourself or others advancing in career absent a clerkship that leads to a stint at DOJ, SEC, or AUSA?
