Do all EJW semifinalists come out at once? Or are there different semi-finalists depending on location, project area, etc.

Semi-finalists are a rolling process for EJW - it will go on sometimes until May. Semi-finalist just means a sponsor has selected you to be interviewed. You can be a semi-finalist multiple times throughout the process for different sponsors. All this means is that the first sponsor has selected their semi-finalists. Don't freak out if you weren't called, you have plenty of time.

Thanks! Interview was last Thursday. I was told at the end of the interview that I would hear back later this week.

Rejection letter from Skadden via mail last month.

EJW update today via email to say that my proposal remains under consideration and that they have selected 10% of the 2017 class.

Anybody know what is going on with ejw?? I haven't even heard of people getting the monthly "still in consideration" emails. Are they doing things differently this year?

I got a "still in consideration" email in November and not a peep since then.

Got a "still under consideration" email from EJW. They have chosen 60% of their 2017 class.
