I'm also curious.
I put in 10 bids and got 4 screeners and 2 straight to callback from it so far. Declined all so not sure what the success rate is on them.

0/10 flame. They don't even send resumes to employers until 9/7.

Serious response: no, not really. It's better to send resumes directly to recruiters than use the resume book. It doesn't hurt to throw your name in the hat, so to speak, but if you're gunning for any of those firms I would also email them your materials.

Poster with the 10 bids quote here. I thought the resume collection and resume book are the same thing. Clearly they are not...

Top 1/3rd grades

17 screeners
6 callbacks
5 firms that haven't gotten back to me after 2-3 weeks
1 rejection

Feels not too great. Don't feel alone if you're in a similar boat.

I should mention I'm a Berkeley transfer; not at H. Still, didn't think getting 0 offers was possible at a school of this rank.

Mass mailing, but losing hope.

I'm not sure my results will shed much light, but here goes. I wasn't smart about things (e.g., bid too few places, didn't add aggressively, didn't really practice interviewing (though I improved as the week progressed)). I also have an academic-looking resume that suggests I wouldn't spend much time at a firm. I'm pleased enough with how things worked out, but it was a close call.

10+ H (equivalent), 5+ years WE

DC Lit
7 screeners
3 callbacks
3 callbacks taken
1 offer

That's nuts with 10 Hs. DC was just brutal this year.

4H, 6P, K-JD (though some relevant work experience), interested in litigation, strong/very strong interviewer.

Total
22 screeners
12 callbacks offered
9 callbacks accepted
8 offers

DC:
16 Interviews
6 callbacks offered
4 callbacks Accepted
4 offers

New York
6 Interviews
6 callbacks offered
5 callbacks accepted
4 offers (V5, V10, 2 V30s)

Overall pretty pleased with my outcome, wanted to be in DC, and am likely splitting DC (native firm) and NY firm.

3H, 7P - Strong work experience, targeting corporate work in Boston

Total/Boston:
23 interviews
13 callbacks offered
10 callbacks accepted
6 interviews attended (cancelled some after first offer)
3 offers, 3 rejections

Edit: Updated my results. I was surprised by how quickly everyone got back to me - especially on the rejection end of things. It's only midway through September and I've already heard back from every law firm I interviewed with at EIP. Maybe this is a Boston thing though.

On the plus side, because of the large increase in pre-EIP offers, those who underperformed might see some love as those pre-EIP/OCI offers are declined or expire.

Top 15%ish grades. 25 screeners in two secondary markets, 16 CBs, 9 taken, 8 offers and withdrew from one. One of the secondary markets was DC and I will say I had a much easier time in the other one

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
