I'm looking to sublet my room in my apartment in Boston, near Kenmore Square. You'll be sharing the apartment with 2 quiet, respectful, female roommates, who are both in grad school. The bedroom is huge and will be fully furnished. The apartment is in a great location, close to BU and a block from the T. Please message me for more details.

Looking to sublet my DC area place. It is in Falls Church, which is right beside Arlington and adjacent to 395. This would be best for someone who is driving into DC to work or working in Arlington and the apartment comes with an assigned garage parking spot. Metro takes about 45 minutes to get to mid DC (according to google maps) and driving takes about 15 minutes (depending on traffic goes up and down-I make the drive every day with almost never a problem but longest it has taken is 45 minutes). If anyone working for the summer at the Pentagon is reading PM me especially since we have some kind of transit direct to them.

It's a studio apartment set up like a 1 bedroom with a washer/dryer, nice kitchen, and hardwood floors. Pretty standard stuff with good views of Arlington and DC. Fully furnished, just need bed sheets, food, and so forth. Water, electric, gas, cable, and high speed internet (wired or wireless) included.

The building has two gyms with saunas and steam rooms, a large pool, two rooftop decks, 24 hour security/maintenance, 24 concierge desk, bodega, doctors offices, laundromat, and overnight guest parking. No pets allowed in the building. Also, the best part is I've never seen a bug in the apartment. Walking distance to target and giant food store (along with dozens other stores). I walk it when I go shopping rather than drive. Lots of stuff around to do and interesting people.

I'm thinking like $300 a week but I'll just do 12 weeks for 3000. We can work out a payment plan too so not all due upfront but if all paid upfront I'd make it 12 weeks for 2800 or something. I'll also probably take a 200 security deposits for any major cleaning which is likely to be returned unless I have to pay someone to steam clean something. Very flexible about it all. Rent will include getting the tenant registered and the move-in fee (this allows you to access all the various areas of the building and services and get a nifty building picture ID).

PM me with any questions and for pictures.

Looking for a sublet in Silicon Valley/San Jose, and have 2 or 3 rooms available in NYC.

NYC apt is on 115th and Amsterdam, one block from the 1 line and Morningside Park. The building is very safe and well-maintained, and the apartment is huge, with hardwood floors and an eat-in kitchen. Rent for each room is about $1200/month. PM me with any interest and I'd be happy to send photos and a floor plan.

In SV, I'd love to find a place close by to Campbell (in southwest San Jose) - Santa Clara would work well, for any of those students looking to sublet. Cost and location are my biggest concerns. Would prefer to have roommates, and am totally animal-friendly, if those roommates have pets. Also, any input on whether people think I will need a car there would be much appreciated, as I have never been to the area.

Hey guys, I'm a Georgetown 2L living in a house with 3 other Georgetown law students. We will all be in other cities for the summer and we are looking for responsible and cool people who need housing in DC. Our house is a brick rowhouse in the U street area which is a great area for food, music and nightlife. The house is 1 block from the green and yellow line metro. It can remain fully furnished for the summer with beds, tvs, couches etc.

It has a cool back deck with a grill and some outdoor furniture.

There are 4 bedrooms, so ideally we would love a group of people, but we will also be cool with individuals as long as you don't mind having new law student or grad student roommates for the summer.

Send me a pm and I can provide pictures and more information.

If you are going to be commuting to Palo Alto, a car is a must. In general you will want to bring your car to SV. Public Transportation there is terribad/non-existent, and things are fairly spread-out.

If you're commuting to/from Palo Alto every morning/evening the cost savings is not worth the aggravation you will face coming from/going to Campbell. IMO

Working in Campbell though, so I thought it would be best to live close by. Thankfully I won't have to fight my way to Palo Alto if I can find somewhere reasonably close to work that is affordable :)

Furnished 1 bedroom apartment available in Midtown Atlanta, $915/month. I'm a young attorney (UNC 2010) moving out of state but still have a lease here until mid-July and figured it might be a good situation for a summer associate.

Walking distance to MARTA and next door to a grocery store and drug store. Fully furnished (bed is full/double).

Available from May-mid July. I can be flexible on both the move in and move out dates. Please PM and I can send more info/photos. Thanks!

My place in Chapel Hill will be available for the summer (mid May-mid August but flexible dates) if anyone is interested. Not a big market, but easy commute to Raleigh/Durham and cheap rent. Just thought I'd throw it out there.

I'm a 2L at Georgetown- have a great 3 bedroom DC apartment to sublet for the summer. Description below. Contact me and I can get you pictures. The 425 website will also give you a good idea of what the apartment is like.

Looking to sublet just the master bedroom ($1,480), the master as well as the second bedroom ($2,820), or all three bedrooms ($3,900). Apartment has large furnished common area with a balcony. 425 Mass is a great building with a gym, rooftop, and pool. The master bedroom comes with a parking garage spot. Great place to live for the summer. Lots of bars and restaurants close by. Close to Union Station. The master bedroom has its own bathroom. There is an additional bathroom next to the second and third bedrooms. The building is pet friendly.
