Re: SA Housing Swap Thread
I'm also looking for a place in LA, preferably near a subway stop (red, purple, blue, or expo) for summer 2013.
I'm not sure yet if I'm keeping my lease in Columbus, OH, but if anyone is interested, let me know. If anyone from LA is headed to NY, I have a sizable network there still and can ask around re summer sublets, too.
Edit: Decided to go with a place I found on airbnb in case anyone with an apartment in LA is going back through these.

Re: SA Housing Swap Thread
I'm also looking for a place in LA and would love to swap with a UCLA/USC student coming to the Bay Area for the summer. I have a great one-bedroom in Berkeley centrally located near downtown/BART. The apartment is about 650 square feet, upstairs in a two-story building, with hardwood floors, new appliances, and nice furniture. It comes with an off-street parking spot and is cat-friendly; might be able to negotiate with the landlord if you have a dog. My rent is $1550, but I would be willing to swap with someone who has a less expensive place if it's a good situation for both of us. I would prefer a studio or one-bedroom. I do have a cat, so pet-friendly would be a plus but isn't necessarily a deal-breaker. PM if you're interested!

I'm looking to sublet my room in a 2BR in Palo Alto, though it won't be available until June. Also looking for two bedrooms in DC, one to start in May and the other in June. PM me if you have any info!

I'm looking for a furnished apartment to sublet in NYC, preferably lower Manhattan - either east or west side - near a subway station. I'd prefer a studio, but depending on the situation I'd be fine with roommates.
PM me if you have a place to rent!

My friend and I are looking for a two-bedroom in DC for this summer. We're both working in the Farragut/Dupont area, so a place on the red, blue, or orange line would be ideal (but not a dealbreaker). We'd prefer to be in DC proper, but Rosslyn is an option too. Unfortunately, we aren't at a school with any sort of legal market, otherwise I would be glad to swap!

I'm looking for a place in Minneapolis- either a 1br/studio or a room in a 2 bedroom apartment. Uptown or downtown preferred but anywhere near a bus line is alright.

If anyone's looking for a place in Philly, my roommate and I are subletting our 2bd/2ba in Center City. Fantastic location in Washington Square West, smaller building but great views. Message me if you're interested.

I'm looking for a 1 bedroom apartment in St. Louis for the summer from May 30 through end of July. Please PM me if you have anything! I would also be willing to do an apartment swap--I am considering renting 1 bedroom of a fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment in Chicago's South Loop if there are any SLU or WashU people who will be in Chicago this summer.
