Does anyone happen to know if it's possible to export data from NALPDirectory to a spreadsheet or CSV file? thanks.

Isn't that what the "Mail Merge" option does for you? You select the firms that interest you and click the mail icon. They charge for this service. A google search of "export NALP directory" seems to indicate that some schools' CSOs provide this service free of charge.

Yes to both of the above. Use the "mail merge" feature, and it's probably free through your school's OCS
