Hey guys,

I recently just got off the waitlist for Georgetown and sadly, I have to withdraw from Fordham. It was a tough decision and I wish you guys all the best.

That being said, I am looking to see if anyone is interested in taking over my place. It's a fantastic spot (9th avenue, between 55th and 56th). It's a small cozy apartment, three rooms (two real bedrooms and one converted from the living room). The converted room is the one that I need to fill- I've been living in that room for the last 8 months and I really love it and am so sad to be leaving my apt. It's small but easily fits a full-sized bed, wardrobe, side table, all of which I can leave to the incoming person for a nominal amount). Rent is 750 (amazing deal for the location and size, utilities normally run 100.

The rest of the apt is small but there's a great breakfast nook/bar area where we cook.

Let me know if you're interested and we can set up times to look at my place. I'm looking for someone who wants to move in mid-August, dates are flexible however. I'm looking primarily for females since the other two roommates are ladies. We're also looking for someone long-term, pref up to a year.

If you're interested, contact me at genny.ngai@gmail.com
