I know there have been some posts about housing (mostly regarding campus housing), but does anyone have any useful info on University Centre Student Housing (the private housing, as opposed to Rutgers' own University Square apartment)? At the open house the tour guide mentioned that it's super nice. I checked the site and it's a bit further away, about a 12 min walk. It's also a bit more expensive per month, about $959. But the lease seems more flexible and I don't feel as much like I'd be living in a dorm like undergrad, though there's the definite student feel since it houses students from all surrounding schools. Any stories, good or bad, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
