And yeah, my budget's looking pretty tight right now.
Well, let me know plans. I like IMAX, but don't want to make anyone sick. Is anyone else coming? My roommate wants to see it, too.

What did you think of SJP in front of our beloved school? I'm definitely sorry I missed that.

Question to greatwhite, do you mean the dome screen IMAX makes you sick? Most movie theater IMAX screens are just humongous, but otherwise flat, movie screens.

Are they? I can handle flat, I think. Definitely the dome screen- it threw off my eyesight (insert googly eyes here) and made me all woozy after.

Anyone taking Property read Stambovsky v. Ackley?

I just have to say ".....really?"

Is this supposed to coincide with Halloween?

Looking up tix at the IMAX right now. We should pre-buy now if they're not already sold out.

EDIT: SOLD OUT

You are very close to FT medians (166/3.64), so if you go complete by Nov 1st, your chances are of FT admission are probably quite good. Fordham does not require LORs, so you can send them later if you are still waiting for them.

Silenz: yes please! Any day but Thursday. When can we go to that amazing Thai place in Queens?

I concur. Apply ASAP.

Ah, the amazing Thai place. I don't know when we will be able to go, seeing as how the long memo drops this week.

I love How I Met Your Mother.

That said, lunch sounds good. I too am busy this Thursday. Maybe Friday after 12:30 (Section 5A has Westlaw training till then). I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm over-Thai-ed. How about Indian food? Earthen Oven? There's also a decent place in HK whose name I can't remember. I also wouldn't be opposed to burritos. Or a bento box.

Thai on a weekly basis can't be good for anyone.

Bento box! Or Pho. Is it still Pho-friendly weather on Friday?

This reminds me, my supervisor recommended a Spanish restaurant which is around 50th street and 9th Ave. She likes their paella. I can't vouch for it because I've never been, but let's consider that another option.

Earthen Oven has a buffet that is out of this world, and there are always wonderful vegetarian and vegan options. Love! I nominate it best Indian on the UWS.

The two best Indian restaurants in the city, IMO, are:

Utsav
Tamarind

The first one is expensive, and the second is mad expensive, so these two are probably out for us, but the Earthen Oven buffet is $13.95 for a LOT of food.

I'll go to Sripraphai whenever you guys are up for it. In addition, Candle Cafe is worth a trip across the park. It, and Candle 79, are the best vegetarian restaurants in the city, and I don't give that accolade away lightly.

I haven't been there, but I have been to Chennai Garden, which is also amazing.

I'm definitely up for Caracas. I'd like to see if they're better than the ones I make.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
