So, I had something else come up and have to run home for a few days, so I'm not going to be able to make it to the meeting tomorrow afterall. Hope it goes well, and that I'll get a chance to meet all you guys some other time.

Hey--I forgot that this computer class thing lasted an hour and a half--I'm still in it. So I might not make it, either....

Let's hear the juicy details about the meet and greet at the Wedge. Who was the best dressed? Who's most likely to be a gunner? A lazy ass? I tried creeping through the windows but I'm not good at reading lips so I'm not sure what was going on...

Think you answered your own question  ...

But best dressed surely goes to scott82. May have been covering bike wounds, but it was still a snazzy shirt. And that we're all on a site called "Top Law Schools" suggests none of us will be a lazy ass, haha.

Well, I am fairly lazy and plan on just getting by... So there goes that logic.

Yes. Massive fail. I think missing all of everyone's awesomeness is punishment enough, though.

A good way to very casually introduce us to law school. So far the reading hasn't been bad, although the cases, for me at least, have/will require more than a single glancing over to absorb. That's expected, though. Also, I like free food. More of that is a good thing.

You are joking, right...?

If so, you should probably know that I don't interpret sarcasm very well over the internet.

Agreed, but more for the MC than essay. I felt that we could have simply wrote our personal opinions for the essay and been perfectly fine.

Yeah, the essay seemed pretty easy. There were a few bad ones on the multiple choice, but, whatever, I'm not too worried about it. It's just pass/fail, afterall, and they almost never fail anyone.

I see how people could have failed though. If one didn't review a little bit the night before, those MC questions would have been tough.

I cruised through the first 10 or so MCs but then they got tricky...

The key to the MC questions seemed to be the reading on the Finz (too lazy to check the spelling) Multistate Method. They seemed to use the same distractors/foils system to confuse us. It worked on me!

I have no idea what you're talking about, so I'm sure it's from the supplement materials on test taking that I didn't read...

I also have no idea what that's supposed to mean. I'm on a roll.
