Taking November LSAT - apply now or wait?

So my September LSAT was good enough for some of the schools I was looking at but I want to try again to see if I can get it higher.

Should I apply to schools now, and just have them hold for my November score release, or should I apply in December when the scores are released, or does it matter at all?
