Application Recommendations -- Please Help!

LSAT: 177
Seven years of work experience in software engineering/information security demonstrating career progression, with the most recent 3 years in a leadership position.
I have a unique story — I was a persecuted, starving refugee coming from a war-torn country in the Balkans in the '90s, grew up in poverty, etc.
I also have three misdemeanor convictions at 18 and 19 years of age which are in the process of being sealed (not expunged).
What are your suggestions? My goal is a top 50. However, I'd like to transfer after 1L to a higher ranked school.
