Final UG semester GPA Forum

So, I've been accepted to a school which I'm excited to have as a possibility, but I've also been waitlisted at 2 schools which have been my top 2 choices. However, this semester (final semester in UG) due to a variety of factors, my grades have plummeted. While I am still graduating, my question is how much will that hurt my chances at getting accepted to a school I am on the WL for? Also, is it possible/heard of for a school to withdraw their offer because of a horrible final semester? Appreciate any assistance
