Letters of Rec LSAC Technical Question

I want to send a third letter of recommendation to a school that I am waitlisted on. It is already in the system. It is labeled as "For U Houston and Texas A&M." I want to send it to William and Mary. If I send that letter, do they see the label or is that internal and for my use only?
