Fee Wavier mean anything?

Post by lawschoolgirl312 » Tue Jan 02, 2018 8:53 pm

Does receiving a fee waiver mean anything? I just got one from UVA but I am only at 25 percentile for both GPA and LSAT. Is it worth applying..?

It means your application fee is waived. Nothing else.

ETA: as to your second question, you can apply if you’d really like to attend UVA, but just realize you’ll need something else to make your application hit the admit pile (URM, uniquely special softs, etc.). Those waivers are automatically applied to anyone in CRS that meets certain number gates.
