Updating Transcript w/ Incomplete Forum

So I was supposed to be graduating from undergrad this semester, but I just found out that I'll be getting an incomplete in one of my classes, so I'm not done yet, and therefore won't be "graduating" until May. With that being said, I was hoping someone may have some insight into a few questions:

- Should I send updated transcripts now w/ the incomplete on there, and then again when the incomplete is removed? Or just wait to send until it's removed and the new grade is added into my GPA?
- Will schools be concerned at all that I said I was graduating in December but now my transcripts will say May?
