Will too many Ws effect my chances a lot?

Post by aaajjjbbb » Fri Oct 20, 2017 8:59 pm

Well I'm a junior now and have 3.4...but I've already had 3 Ws(non punitive, I know they won't be counted in lsac gpa) And the reasons were schedule conflicts. This semester I found that I might receive a D in one of my courses.(others will be A or A-) A D will hurt my GPA a lot...but someone told me that 4 withdrawals will effect my chances of get in law school a lot...so I wonder is a D better than fourth W? If I have 4 Ws, will it be hard for me to get in T20 even if I have 3.5 and 175+? (I don't mean that I'm sure I'll get 175, just for example)

Thank you...I'm sure that the first W will be better than a D, but this is my fourth W...

Not much can look worse than a D, take the W.
