I would just put the LSAC GPA and label it LSAC GPA or LSDAS GPA to avoid confusion.

If you're only listing your degree-granting institution on your resume, just list the GPA from them on your resume. It won't matter in the least when it differs from LSAC. Your reportable GPA will be the LSAC GPA, but it's a pretty innocuous difference in this case that will be easily understood by admissions.
