Reapplying to schools that already accepted you...

Post by longpig » Sun May 21, 2017 10:20 pm

Has anyone had experience reapplying to a school after they already accepted you the previous cycle?

Long story short, I basically want to defer my acceptance to a school that I am very happy attending --- but they are making it very difficult for me to do a year deferral. So I'm wondering if simply turning them down and then reapplying next year is at all feasible.

Thanks!

You might want to explain the situation in a little more detail. Why are you deferring in the first place?

For an employment opportunity as well as to save money. Nothing really drastic though. So I'm thinking of back up plans in case my deferral request is denied.
