Impact on Rankings?

Does evidence exist to suggest that building new facilities increases a school's ranking?

Not sure what constitutes "expenditures per student", but to answer your question, no, probably not, and if so, not much.

Huh, this is really interesting. The bar passage weighting seems way too low to me.

Bar passage has less to do with the school than it does with the students. Top schools all have excellent bar passage rates, and none of them explicitly teach for the bar. T4 schools have abysmal bar passage rates, and some of them dedicate the entire 3L year to bar prep.
