Re: 163 for GW
You can search for each law school's ABA Standard 509 report.Hardway wrote:Thank you for the suggestion. May I ask where do you find these numbers? Attending a part time program definitely is on my list. But I could not find much useful information about law schools' part-time program regarding LSAT scores and GPA etc. Thank you.goldenbear2020 wrote:You may have a shot at GULC PT (3.69/164), which might be worth considering if you have a decent FT job.

Nope, mid 20s non URM with a few years of full-time paralegal experienceHardway wrote:Hi martux45, thank you for telling me your story. It made me feel much better. Do you have some ultra strong soft? Thank you.mrtux45 wrote:OP, I had similar stats and got 75k to GW applying regular. Just make sure to apply early in the cycle if you don't ED. I'd also recommend applying to American if you're DC or bust. With your numbers you'd probably get a full ride there.
As others have said, be mindful of the debt you're taking on, especially if you have a family. If you're 100% about small firm work, consider gunning for a full ride at American. Although their employment prospects are way worse than GW's. I think it depends on your priorities of maintaining financial security vs risking it to land a job.
Here's some employment stats for American:

Re: 163 for GW
I think that this could be helpful in this case:
http://blog.powerscore.com/lsat/applyin ... -not-to-ed
So, ED doesn't work for every school in the same way. GW gives huge aids with ED, therefore it has a -79% chance to get in.
However, since you automatically got into regular decision if you don't get ED, I think it is worth a try!
