Thank you for the suggestion. May I ask where do you find these numbers? Attending a part time program definitely is on my list. But I could not find much useful information about law schools' part-time program regarding LSAT scores and GPA etc. Thank you.
You can search for each law school's ABA Standard 509 report.

As others have said, be mindful of the debt you're taking on, especially if you have a family. If you're 100% about small firm work, consider gunning for a full ride at American. Although their employment prospects are way worse than GW's. I think it depends on your priorities of maintaining financial security vs risking it to land a job.

Here's some employment stats for American:

Hi martux45, thank you for telling me your story. It made me feel much better. Do you have some ultra strong soft? Thank you.
Nope, mid 20s non URM with a few years of full-time paralegal experience

I think that this could be helpful in this case:

http://blog.powerscore.com/lsat/applyin ... -not-to-ed

So, ED doesn't work for every school in the same way. GW gives huge aids with ED, therefore it has a -79% chance to get in.
However, since you automatically got into regular decision if you don't get ED, I think it is worth a try!
