It means after 2-3 days that fall on a weekday have elapsed i.e. don't count saturday or sunday.

Is it really that dumb of a question? Why not just say business days - not business HOURS? The reason I ask is because I haven't heard anything from them and it has been past that time frame now. Thanks for the person who was helpful. I guess I will contact them.

Sounds like they just made a typo and mixed up 48-72 hours + 2-3 business days. But I guarantee there is no way they meant 9 days.

Thanks. I guess I will call tomorrow and check the status. I just got notice that one of my apps I sent the same day went complete, so seems odd I wouldn't have heard anything by now on this one.

Quit bothering the school. Last week was a holiday week and it is only Monday. You are one out of 1,000 applicants. They'll get to your application in due time and don't need you annoying the office.

I realize you seem emotional about something, however I will explain my question further anyway. If they didn't set an expectation, I wouldn't think anything of it. However, since they set a timeline and I haven't heard anything, I was concerned there was an issue. I will probably give it this week and see what happens.

Thank you for your emotionally charged posts and energy.

Y'all jest but I've seen this in legal documents and redlined it precisely because it creates ambiguity.
