PERSONAL STATEMENT REVIEW/REWRITE

I've been so busy with work and getting my transcript sent from abroad that I forgot the deadline to submit my application is May 15th!!!
I have been up all night and this is my first draft. Hopefully someone will be willing to review or offer some tips on how to perfect this statement. Anyone willingly to help can drop an email address i can send the first draft to.
