Yes, you can amend it and request schools replace the current DS with your updated one. Just explain to ADCOMs that you found out something you stated in your DS was false and wanted to accurately reflect that. They'll replace your DS without issue if they see the mistake was not a blatant misrepresentation (which it sounds like this was an honest mistake).
