If it's a personal story tied to your job, that's fine. If it's just telling the ad comms about how great the work is by listing all the interesting projects you're involved in, then find another topic.

Also, if your boss is going to be a letter-writer for you, I'd recommend having them be a third letter. You're only a year out of undergrad, and academic LORs carry a lot more weight than employer LORs. You want to have two professors writing for you.

If you can tie your work experience to why you want to go to law school/be a lawyer, I think it makes sense.
