So do you think its a good idea to send your original PS to your undergrad school, or should you write another PS about your undergrad experiences or something that ties into the location of the college. Would adcomms look favorably upon this?

I think personalizing your ps to your alma mater would be good, but I wouldn't make it drastically different unless you think you have a good point to make. A good, general ps will beat a mediocre, personalized ps every time...
