Who wants to live with me in Philly this fall? Keep in mind, if you smell bad, have irritating friends that you always bring around, or listen to or play loud music during the wee hours, I reserve the right to throw you out with no notice whatsoever.

Cool. I was thinking of living in University City, or if I can't find something cheap enough there, somewhere further west. I'll post and let you know if I find something good.
