and people saying ED doesn't help. ED to Penn, etc. is by far the strongest indication of interest. Way better than the why essay...

i suspect ED works better on certain schools. Penn and Michigan w/ the why essay component are probably the schools that bite the hardest. they seem to really want candidates strongly interested in attending.

I don't think anyone was mad at you. People were just stating that it hadn't been updated. It's completely understandable that you no longer have time to do this.
