I have no job right now and I am concerned whether you can go to Law School and still can take loans for everyday expenses so that you wouldn't have to work at all?

Yes, they include cost of living expenses in loans. The entire amount of loans you'll take out are disbursed to the school and then you get a refund probably a little bit before the start of classes that you can use as a stipend.

But you really should get a job, even a retail/food service one, before starting law school (just before, not during). Just stuff like traveling to interviews, professional clothing, etc. is really expensive and you should have some savings to fall back on. You'll also probably have to take an unpaid internship your first summer and even if you get $$ from your school to do that it won't be enough to really cover all your living expenses.
