I was about to send my cert letter. It sounds like we are pretty much fucked. Hahahahahahaha.

They're not "invalid." Rather, they're non-binding.

To be safe, everyone wanting PSLF should generally stick to government and 501c3 nonprofits only.

Yeah, there was discussion about this last month or so. It's truly sucky that the DoE would change its mind about these people's employment, but they're also all (most?) in ABA-related positions that are more policy/almost lobbying as opposed to providing services. But people do need to be careful.

Edit: sorry, 2 are ABA-related. 1 worked for an immigration lawyers association, and the last for veterans' aid services.
