44d: Only the portion of College Grant and Scholarship Aid that exceeds tuition has to be reported as part of your AGI. Your AGI is 30k earnings + 1k other = 31k. PhD students typically receive a full tuition grant, so I would put 0 here.
SD-110A: I would put 50K here. The stipend is counted as earnings/wages, not scholarship/grant/gift aid.
SI-160 WV: I would put 0 here. The idea here is to capture any excess money not reported elsewhere as scholarship/grant or earnings/wages.
