This isn't a URM scholarship...its just a full tuition of the T-14.

Columbia offers several other full scholarships. They are based on prior public-interest work. Strangely, Columbia keeps these scholarships secret. I only know they exist because I have one, along with one person in Class of 2011, two other people in my class (2012), and two people in Class of 2013. These students worked for gay rights, organized with unions, assisted Sudanese refugees, etc. I don’t know if there is an academic requirement.

There are also half-ride scholarships for public interest work called Butler. I don’t know how many people get that. You get the Butler in your acceptance package. For the Nameless Full Scholarship, you get invited out of the blue to an interview in February and they inform you in early March. Neither the Butler nor the Nameless requires a separate application.

UPenn also has a public interest scholarship with a name like "Toll" or something. It's for $110,000, so it's almost full tuition.

Thank you for compiling this great list!

is this the first year for Northwestern's Wigmore full scholarship? LSN's last year doesn't have a $150k scholly and those who got the $135k don't specifically mention Wigmore. I'm just curious since you didn't mention it either.

I really don't know much about the Wigmore. Can someone answer these questions?

Confirms that it has been called the Wigmore for several years. I think they have been adjusting the amount from year to year.

Great post, just wanna comment that the RTK is not necessarily for those interested in PI women's issues.

Great post OP. Any chance of expanding your list to include the T25 or T30?

Just wanted to add more info on Stanford. I know multiple people in my incoming class who are getting $40k a year in need-based scholarship support, about 90% of tuition each year.

Now that this cycle is finishing, is there any info on what it takes to get a Rubenstein at Chicago? Is it just the 20 best applicants per year numerically? Or, the 20 best holistically (whatever that might mean)?

I'm sure it's not just based on numbers. It's holistic and definitely has to do with how much you want to attend Chicago and why.

Berkeley also gives out rare full rides as Dean's Fellowships outside of their Matching program. They go out to applicants with strong professional promise and potential for leadership.

Even though all admitted students are considered by the scholarship committee, interested applicants have the option to (read: should) submit a scholarship interest letter via the admitted students' website.
