So I know Middle Easterners are considered Caucasian, but I'm wondering if, as a Kurd, I would get a boost because of my ethnicity? I would of course document this in a diversity statement and I have a pretty compelling story to tell about my family's journey to America and the large Kurdish community in the area I am from, and all that I have done to support the community.
Thanks for the help.
