As an Dominican of African descent, is it fair to note "Black or African American" alongside "Hispanic" on applications? If not, does that imply that being from South or Central America automatically strips one of their racial identity? Discuss.

...you are of african descent an hispanic. so check both.

you can be hispanic of any race. discussion over.
