Top Law Schools

I know that taking the LSAT in Feb is not the best idea, but a lot of schools deadlines are not until March. I m looking at Boston University Notre Dame and William and Mary. (Not necessarily in that order) Honestly, if I have a strong application on top with a good LSAT score, can I still get into these places?
