How to use LSAC gpa calculator tool?

So, I have a 3.75 gpa right now. But my institution doesn't count +'s .. so would that also be my official lsac gpa or no? My college also runs on a trimester ( 3 month ) how can I calculate a preliminary gpa? Thanks!
