Penn State vs. Dickinson vs. U of Cincinnati vs U of Missouri?

I have been awarded with full tuition schollies in these schools and i'm deciding which one would be the best choice for me. I'm from the pacific nw so i'm completely unfamiliar with the schools..
Also, do you think even attending one of these schools would be a good idea? (since they're ranked 65-82)

I just know that I want to become an immigration lawyer. Honestly, that's about all that I know though..

And you really don't have any preference for location?
If you really don't, then you could literally pick at random. These schools all perform at about the same levels in their respective regions.
