Congrats on the increase! Just wanted to pop in to say that one of my relatives went to NYLS and now is a partner in the field you're interested in, in NYC. So your goals are definitely attainable!

I think your goals are realistic. If you are interested in employee-side union work, you should check out Woodley & McGillivary and see what types of credentials their lawyers have. https://www.wmlaborlaw.com/

Good luck!

Thanks! Did they get out of law school recently? I see some attorneys out of schools like that but mostly they seem to have a graduated a while ago when the legal market was in better condition.

Yes, your goals are realistic, and although it's possible an LSAT improvement could improve your tuition discounts, you're already where you need to be LSAT-wise, so it might be fruitless.

Until you actually have the options in front of you with attendant tuition discounts, the best anyone can say is that theoretically your goals make sense given your potential options. Good luck with the application cycle.
